Christine...me, too. I'm such a beginner at this. Prefer to up until to not feel the feelings.. to either stuff the emotion, get busy, or stay in my head and anal-lyze it...But I can see how feeling the feelings can allow them to pass...and that I'm blocking the fullness of life. So I'm practicing, and failing a lot. {big hugs}
